Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 9, 2026

This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through the buyer-package inquiry form on this site. It is written plainly and kept narrow on purpose — we run a two-rig equipment sale, not a marketing operation.

Who is responsible

SCS Diamond Drilling ("SCS", "we") in British Columbia, Canada is the controller of the information you submit. You can reach us any time at drilling_forsale@sxccans.com or 250-320-2753.

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), country, and which rigs or equipment you are interested in. If you reached the page through a campaign link, the form may also include the campaign tags (UTM parameters) from that link so we know which outreach you responded to. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any behavioural tracking on this site.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your details for one purpose only: to respond to your equipment inquiry and follow up about this sale — for example, to send the buyer package (video, inspection photos, and sale documents) and answer questions. We rely on your consent, which you give by checking the consent box and submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Who else processes it

We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Where it is processed

The services above may store or process your information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. By submitting the form you understand your details may be handled in those locations.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry only as long as it is useful for this sale, and we delete it within 24 months of the sale closing or the inquiry going cold — sooner if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email drilling_forsale@sxccans.com and we will action it. If you are in a region with data-protection laws such as Canada's PIPEDA or the EU/UK GDPR, those rights apply and you may also contact your local privacy regulator.
